M.P.Rural Livelihood project have developed the linkage with Pvt. Companies as well as Govt. (Indian Air force , 108 Inf.bn, ) to involved Job Opportuity of Tribal youth as a wokers / sanik in the armed force through org.district level JobFair , Open recruitment at Dhar.
with this effort Now trends are moving & Tribal Rural youth now is going to accept this goldern opportunity. Recently at Dhar in the month of Aug.2011 , 15 ASC Bhopal org. a open recruitment rally for youth as a Airmen & inthe month of Jan 2012 , 108 Inf.Bn mahar also org.a rally at Dhar. 
Soon youth of this Area (Dhar , Jhabua, Badwani & Alirajpur) will be joined Armed force as well as Pvt. companies
